Skärholmen Centre is the third largest in Stockholm. It is located in the south of Stockholm close to the European highway, E4. It is located right next to Sweden's largest retail park - Kungens Kurva. Together they constitute southern Stockholm's largest commercial centre. Efficient public communication via metro and bus connect people with Stockholm City.

A total redevelopment of the shopping centre is underway and expected to be completed in 2008. This will increase the number of shops from 130 to 200 with an expected surge in visitors from 8 to 14 million. After the redevelopment, the expected retail turnover is 2.4 billion SEK.
