The company has been successfully developing commercial property ever since, with a rolling commercial development programme in excess of £100 million, encompassing a wide range of speculative, pre-let and forward-funded projects in the UK and continental Europe.
The experience gained as a rapidly growing company over 20 years coupled with the freedom Boultbee enjoys as a private company to pursue projects on a relationship-driven rather than a deal-driven agenda, allows the company to pursue development schemes based on intelligence and the mutual end benefits to both vendor and funding partner.
The focus in the UK is split between logistics units and Boultbee Business Units for sale to owner occupiers. The focus in continental Europe is on funding local development partners to undertake large retail and mixed-use projects that are planned or under construction.
