Steve's strengths lie in engineering and personnel management which he uses to drive forward the enthusiasm that can be seen right across Boultbee.
Steve is a keen helicopter pilot and explorer. He recently became the first person to fly from Pole to Pole in a helicopter arriving at the South Pole in 2004. 
In 2001 he designed and drove the worlds first landbased vehicle across the Bering Straits from America to Russia.
