Rupert Cooper joined EFM in April 2008, taking on the newly created role of European Leasing Manager.  He holds responsibility for coordinating all leasing activities on EFM managed shopping centres across the Nordics and the UK and uses his established network of contacts and expertise to work with both domestic and international retailers, as well as mentoring EFM leasing teams in Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Rupert is also called upon to provide clients with leasing and asset management advice on shopping centre acquisitions.

Previously the Director of European Retail at Jones Lang LaSalle, and with over 8 years of experience in retail leasing, Rupert’s career has included working with international retailers and landlords throughout Europe.

Rupert holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Urban Estate Management (General Practice Surveying) from Kingston University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
