Magnus Ericsson has been advisor and valuer on all major Boultbee acquisitions in Sweden since 2005. He now holds the position of Investment Controller at EFM which includes property transactions, valuations and financial analysis.

Magnus has a M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. From 2002-2005 he was Property Controller at the listed (SSE) property company Realia Fastighets AB. From 2005-2008 he worked in the Investment Acquisitions team at DTZ Sweden and held the position of Associate Director when leaving DTZ in August 2008. During the last three years Magnus has advised on more than SEK 50 bn of successful acquisitions.
