Frank has worked the shoping centre environment for 11 years, carrying out various roles for Donaldson's, EFM and latterly Boultbee. In that time he has been involved in the sale and purchase of shopping schemes, directing successful sale of EFM Security, and most recently helping initiate and develop Boultbee's interests in the North American Market.
