 David Revill

David Revill has 18 years of commercial property experience, and as Director of Asset Management, is the youngest Board Director. Previously, David was employed by British Rail Property Board, JLL and Schroders, before joining Boultbee in 1999. In 2000 David established EFM, the property services arm of Boultbee. EFM now comprises of five divisions employing over 300 people in three countries. Recently, David has created Asset Management teams in Sweden and Finland and is currently working with Protego to launch a UK shopping centre fund to be asset managed by EFM. Currently David has overall responsibility for £3 billion of assets.
