 David Revill

David Revill has 20 years of commercial property experience, and as Director of Asset Management, is the youngest Board Director. Previously, David was employed by British Rail Property Board, JLL and Schroders, before joining Boultbee in 1999. Currently David has overall responsibility for €1.7 billion of Boultbee assets.

In 2000 David established EFM, Boultbee’s wholly owned property and asset management platform. EFM now comprises of five divisions employing over 200 people in three countries, managing property worth €1.3billion for 3rd parties such as The Nordic Retail Fund (NRF) in addition to the €1.7 billion Boultbee portfolio.
