In October 2008 Chris joined Boultbee as a corporate finance consultant and since May 2009 Chris joined as a member of the Boultbee team advising board of directors on financing new business activities along with the finance strategy on the existing portfolio.
Chris was formerly a director within Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Group where he spent 5 years working alongside Boultbee and other private property clients. Chris provided senior, mezzanine and equity finance to facilitate over 80 real estate transactions across Europe.
In his spare time, Chris plays five aside football, enjoys cross country running and is an avid Sheffield Wednesday supporter.
