Assur Badur has advised Boultbee on almost all acquisitions in Sweden and holds overall responsibility in respect of legal matters in the EFM group.

Assur has an LL.M. Master of Law degree from Stockholm University and between 2004-2008 he held the post of lawyer (advokat) and senior associate at the law firm Cederquist, specialising in business law.
