Steve's strengths lie in engineering and personnel management which he uses to drive forward the enthusiasm that can be seen right across Boultbee.
Steve is a keen helicopter pilot and explorer. In 2001 he designed and drove the worlds first land based vehicle across the Bering Straits from America to Russia and in 2004 he became the first person to fly from Pole to Pole in a helicopter.

Clive has had a keen business sense from a very early age. He qualified as a chartered suryeyor in 1987 and shortly afterwards helped to form Boultbee. Since its creation, Clive has been at the helm of the finance department ever since.
Clive lives on his farm in Herefordshire where he enjoys the background of the countryside.
Lee Roberts joined the Boultbee management team as Financial Director in January 2008 after working as their external financial advisor at Geo Little Sebire and Co for many years. In addition to being a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience, Lee has an in-depth specialist knowledge of the property industry and is looking forward to being at the heart of the financial function of Boultbee.
Lee will be based in Boultbee’s London head office for his first six months, before joining the Finance Team in Hereford. He will also be spending a lot of his time in 2008 travelling across Northern Europe to visit all of the Boultbee’s current operations.
Previously CEO of European Fund Management (EFM) Boultbee’s subsidiary property management company, Simon recently joined Boultbee to prepare for and help direct the next wave of growth.
Focusing on strategic, tactical, and short-term Operations Management. Responsible for the design, development, and operation of the systems that create and deliver company products/services. Developing external relationships through business development.
Kim joined Boultbee in September 2005 as Team Administrator and Office Manager. Since February 2007 Kim has been Executive PA to Chairman Steven Boultbee Brooks.
Adam Pinnell has over nine years of accounting experience including four years of property specific accounting. Adam qualified whilst working in a local accountancy practice which covered a wide range of different industries allowing him to gain vast experience of different forms of accounting.
Adam is the financial controller responsible for all of Boutbee's day to day activities in the UK, Sweden and Finland which covers some 90 companies with a trading turnover of approximately £70 million. He is assisted by a team of nine in the UK, ten in Sweden and two in Finland. He also heads up the external asset management accounting team.
Rupert uses his established network of contacts and retail expertise to work with both domestic and international retailers. Rupert is called upon to provide leasing and asset management advice on property acquisitions and will be assisting Boultbee with it’s business development programme.
With 10 years of experience in retail leasing, Rupert has worked with international retailers and landlords throughout Europe.
Rupert holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Urban Estate Management (General Practice Surveying) from Kingston University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Peter was one of the founding partners of Michael Elliott and in January 2009 set up his new venture Aurum Real Estate, a niche advisory business based in London. For the past 20 years, Peter has been Boultbee's sole agent, responsible for sourcing all opportunities. He helped Boultbee establish itself as one of the UK's leading investor/developers and build up the company’s portfolio from €15 million to its current level of over €1.7bn.
Most recently Peter has assisted Boultbee in strategically building its business in Northern Europe and has advised Boultbee on the acquisition and sale of substantial shopping centres in Finland and Sweden.
